With our services you have a choice of whether you use a thin or thick client. These take the form of Microsoft Outlook 2007, installed locally on each computer that you wish to connect to email with or Outlook Web Access (OWA) using a web browser. Outlook Web Access: OWA for Exchange 2007 provides users with a rich experience, including most features of the full Microsoft Outlook client. For example, you are able to manage your email folders, rules, set out of office messages, manage registered mobile devices and create your own email distribution lists. As a web application, there are no patches to install or services to maintain so support is straightforward. As a web service it is available from anywhere, and provides users with quick access to their email - whether they use the full Outlook client or not. Microsoft Outlook 2007: The full Microsoft Outlook client is more feature rich and allows additional collaborative features, for example the ability to link to SharePoint document stores, download POP3 or other IMAP mail accounts and use shared calendars.
